But could it also be the reason behind the feeling of fatigue and rupture that many people experience, even immediately after waking up?Determining stress as a cause is a quick response that often gets the doctor out of the situation, or does stress really play a role in deteriorating health? In order to clarify this a dilemma of recent years, in the show "Taste of Home", this Friday, September 11, was invited endocrinologist Megi Lekbello, who claimed that stress has a negative impact and definitely affects our daily life, causing fatigue."When we are stressed, the hormone cortisol is produced in our body and cortisol also affects the weakening of muscle mass that as a result gives fatigue, is also affecting the corrosion of bone, by causing osteoporosis and other health problems when it is at high levels."However, according to the doctor, high cortisol associated with stress is not a disease, but occurs as a result of an imbalance of the pace of production of this hormone.“Cortisol is produced in the morning to give us the energy to continue the day and is lower during dinner which gives us the state of lack of energy to sleep. Once sleep is disrupted and we are even stressed, this circadian rhythm is disrupted and cortisol is not produced in this type of curve, i.e. in the physiological curve of cortisol production and this then gives rise to other concerns such as fatigue and lack of energy. And of course, stress."The doctor stressed that stress negatively affects when it comes to chronic stress, that is, when it is continuous over a long period, and not when it occurs on a certain day due to load or some other factor.

Source: prizrenpost

Recently, we often hear that stress is one of the main causes of many diseases in the human body.
