Profesionist\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb emra t\u00eb spikatur, autoritete n\u00eb fushat q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb, sinonime t\u00eb markave, produkteve apo sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, duke shk\u00eblqyer me fam\u00eb, tituj, pozita, statuse, trofe, medalje, \u00e7mime e prestigje. Dhe rezultatet e tyre nuk jan\u00eb improvizime, ato jan\u00eb reale.<\/p>\n<p>Por pse kemi m\u00eb pak storje suksesi t\u00eb grupeve, organizatave, klubeve, komuniteteve, nd\u00ebrmarrjeve, partive e institucioneve t\u00eb ndryshme?<\/p>\n<p>Pse te shqiptar\u00ebt kur bashkohen forcat, p\u00ebr\u00e7ahen t\u00eb fortit?<\/p>\n<p>A mund t\u2019i num\u00ebroni dhjet\u00eb organizata elitare, dhjet\u00eb shkolla elitare, dhjet\u00eb media elitare, dhjet\u00eb klube elitare, dhjet\u00eb kompani elitare, dhjet\u00eb akademi shkencore elitare, dhjet\u00eb akademi filmi elitare, q\u00eb sot njihen n\u00eb bot\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e shqiptar\u00ebve?<\/p>\n<p>Individ\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm num\u00ebrojm\u00eb pafund! Individ\u00eb t\u00eb lavd\u00ebruar gjejm\u00eb pafund! N\u00eb fakt, ne s\u2019kemi as elit\u00eb, ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkap\u00ebrderdhur.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi shum\u00eb sportist\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb njohur bot\u00ebrisht, por ma gjeni nj\u00eb klub sportiv q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konkurrent me klubet m\u00eb t\u00eb forta n\u00eb bot\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi mjek\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb shquar n\u00eb bot\u00eb, por ma gjeni nj\u00eb klinik\u00eb ose spital konkurrent me klinikat ose spitalet m\u00eb t\u00eb forta n\u00eb bot\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi profesor\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00eb n\u00eb fushat e tyre, por ma gjeni nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ose universitet konkurrent me shkollat ose universitetet elitare n\u00eb bot\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi aktor\u00eb, skenarist\u00eb e regjisor\u00eb n\u00eb klasit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por ma gjeni nj\u00eb akademi filmi konkurrente me shkollat filmike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb bot\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb, dijetar\u00eb, poliglot\u00eb, humanist\u00eb, shpik\u00ebs, zbulues, prodhues, deri edhe nobelist\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb individuale mjaft t\u00eb njohur. Por si shoq\u00ebri, me pak p\u00ebrjashtime, kemi p\u00ebrjetuar nj\u00eb \u201cmutacion kulturor\u201d i cili na pengon q\u00eb k\u00ebto forca t\u2019i shnd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb n\u00eb institucione dhe t\u00eb funksionojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ekipore. Ky mutacion ka shp\u00ebrthyer si reaksion i injoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb thell\u00eb. Sot shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb funksionon si n\u00eb kontekstin e evolucionit \u201cmbijetesa e m\u00eb t\u00eb fortit\u201d. Dhe nuk pritet t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb \u201cform\u00eb kalimtare\u201d apo \u201challk\u00eb\u201d e cila na shpie tek \u201cmbijetesa e m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse edhe kur ka grupe t\u00eb suksesshme, a e keni v\u00ebrejtur q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka sillet rreth nj\u00eb lideri a kryetari i cili gjithmon\u00eb e merr fjal\u00ebn si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i grupit ose institucionit, i cili pa bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt p\u00ebrreth q\u00eb mbeten gjithmon\u00eb n\u00ebn hije dhe prapa perdeve, ai s\u2019do t\u00eb ishte aty ku \u00ebsht\u00eb, as s\u2019do t\u2019i merrte ato lavde q\u00eb i ka marr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb i izolon njer\u00ebzit intelektual\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit me vlera t\u00eb pathyeshme, njer\u00ebzit e pavarur nga politika dhe ideologjit\u00eb e koh\u00ebs. Kjo shoq\u00ebri v\u00eb bast q\u00eb secili intelektual duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u2019ia mbaj\u00eb an\u00ebn nj\u00eb partie, nj\u00eb ideologjie, nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb interesit apo nj\u00eb lideri politik. Kjo shoq\u00ebri patjet\u00ebr ia v\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cbisht\u201d secilit njeri q\u00eb mendon e shkruan vet\u00ebm me kok\u00ebn e tij, mendon e flet vet\u00ebm me kok\u00ebn e tij. Sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar q\u00eb t\u00eb shoh nj\u00eb mendimtar t\u00eb pavarur q\u00eb gjykon objektivisht, si\u00e7 jam un\u00eb, q\u00eb kur shkruaj e mendoj vet\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn q\u00eb e zbuloj, studioj apo besoj. Aq m\u00eb b\u00ebn \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb turmat, ato i l\u00eb t\u00eb vall\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb histerike. Aq m\u00eb b\u00ebn \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb autoritetet e koh\u00ebs, ato i l\u00eb duke i shp\u00ebrblyer demagog\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ku fillon problemi? Nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb rritet duke besuar se t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebrat i takojn\u00eb atij, se ai ka t\u00eb drejta apo privilegje m\u00eb shum\u00eb se f\u00ebmija tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb familje, se ai nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u2019i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb v\u00ebllait apo ta falenderoj\u00eb motr\u00ebn, duke mendu se kur fiton di\u00e7ka, vet\u00ebm ai duhet ta disponoj\u00eb at\u00eb apo kur humb apo d\u00ebshton di\u00e7ka, ai nuk duhet ta marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mentalitet ka shum\u00eb gjasa q\u00eb kur t\u00eb rritet ai f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mos funksionoj\u00eb si qenie sociale dhe si njeri bashk\u00ebpunues. Sepse ai e njeh vet\u00ebm vet\u00ebn e par\u00eb\u00a0 \u201cUn\u00eb\u201d, ai beson se \u00ebsht\u00eb epiqendra e familjes, epiqendra e lagjes, epiqendra e shkoll\u00ebs dhe komunitetit!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb brisht\u00eb edukimi publik, me nj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie klasike q\u00eb nxjerr rezultate vet\u00ebm nga angazhimi individual i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe jo nga puna e tij ekipore e bashk\u00ebpunuese me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb, ushqehet ideja q\u00eb vet\u00ebm si individ garantohet suksesi, prandaj shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb u urrejn\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebn, bashk\u00ebpunimin e socializimin.<\/p>\n<p>Si mund ta analizojm\u00eb gjendjen sot duke e anashkaluar historin\u00eb 2000 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb sundimeve t\u00eb huaja mbi shqiptar\u00ebt? Tendenca p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar meritat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb shqiptare moderne. K\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb egoizmit e primitivizmit e kemi pasur q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebt e vjetra. Sot si duket po trash\u00ebgojm\u00eb mentalitetin dhe sjelljen e bashk\u00ebsive tribale fisnore, ku dominon prij\u00ebsi apo bajraktari, i cili jo rrall\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00ebllon t\u00eb jet\u00eb kapadai. Edhe pse p\u00ebrdorim inteligjenc\u00eb artificiale, shfryt\u00ebzojm\u00eb teknologjit\u00eb e koh\u00ebs, sh\u00ebtitim bot\u00ebn dhe kalojm\u00eb kah gjurm\u00ebt e qytet\u00ebrimeve, mentaliteti yn\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb fisnor n\u00eb disa dimensione. Dhe ky lider kapadai, jo rrall\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vasal i t\u00eb huajve, servil e lojal deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb. Kemi nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb mercenarizmit, jo pak mercenar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, ne nuk mjaftohemi me izolimin e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb zot\u00eb, por ata i ekspozojm\u00eb ndaj xhelozis\u00eb dhe smir\u00ebs, akuz\u00ebs dhe shpifjeve, degradimeve dhe lin\u00e7imeve, q\u00eb thell\u00eb thell\u00eb buron n\u00eb urrejtjen ton\u00eb patologjike. Sepse nuk u mjaftoi vet\u00ebm dija q\u00eb fituan. Prandaj njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb duan t\u00eb b\u00ebhen intelektual\u00eb apo dijetar\u00eb, duhet paraprakisht ta p\u00ebrgatitin veten p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ata do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019do t\u00eb jet\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebse ndaj tyre. N\u00ebse me k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt nuk pajtohen, d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr mir\u00ebnjohje do t\u2019i shuaj\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt shpirt\u00ebrisht. Do t\u00eb vuajn\u00eb dhimbje t\u00eb madhe e do t\u00eb bien n\u00eb depresion.<\/p>\n<p>Deri n\u00eb ekstremin kur nj\u00eb intelektual, qoft\u00eb ai profesor unviersiteti a m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs shkolle, hoxh\u00eb apo prift, shkrimtar apo studiues, shkenc\u00ebtar apo novator, i thur elozhe lideri t\u00eb tij politik, e trajton si lider shpirt\u00ebror, ia arsyeton gabimet dhe ia b\u00ebn argatin, n\u00eb vend se ta kritikoj\u00eb e gjykoj\u00eb ftoht\u00eb e drejt. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb paradoks, kur nj\u00eb intelektual \u00e7irret dhe ekzaltohet para nj\u00eb lideri politik, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb militant i tij i rryer. K\u00ebshtu i thoja nj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, se \u201cti je m\u00eb politik e m\u00eb partiak se vet\u00eb lideri yt i partis\u00eb\u201d. Ai qeshi e m\u00eb tha: \u201cJo bre s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ashtu, por s\u2019po shoh gabime te ai, prandaj i ndihmoj\u201d! Po pra, nga shp\u00eblarja e trurit dhe nga propaganda e mveshur me parajs\u00ebn e iluzioneve, v\u00ebrtet nuk shihen gabimet e lider\u00ebve politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur dikush mendon me mentalitetin e individit t\u00eb gllab\u00ebruar nga egoizmi dhe vet\u00ebk\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia, ai nuk e ndjen nevoj\u00ebn asnj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr ta falenderuar dik\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta nderuar dik\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00eb ose k\u00ebshilla dikujt, p\u00ebr ta mbivendosur dik\u00eb para vetes, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi dikujt, p\u00ebr ta duartrokitur dik\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia njohur meritat, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia lavd\u00ebruar suksesin e p\u00ebr ta shp\u00ebrblyer me ndonj\u00eb form\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Askujt s\u2019i thot\u00eb urime, puna e mbar\u00eb, je mjesht\u00ebr i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm, nuk ka si ti, ta jap dor\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb etj! Sepse lideri i vet\u00ebk\u00ebnaqur mendon se k\u00ebto veprime e ulin autoritetin e tij, vlerat e tij, rrezatimin e tij dhe se \u201cshk\u00eblqesia\u201d e tij nuk i detyrohet askujt sepse t\u00eb gjitha arritjet i ka fal\u00eb shkatht\u00ebsive q\u00eb zot\u00ebron. Egoist\u00ebt asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk falenderojn\u00eb. Ata e urrejn\u00eb shprehjen e falenderimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa shkrihen kur pranojn\u00eb falenderime prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Personalitetet e tilla as ndaj Zotit nuk jan\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb prir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i zbulojn\u00eb gabimet, q\u00eb t\u00eb akuzojn\u00eb, por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb gabimin e vet ta pranojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Individ\u00ebt e till\u00eb kur b\u00ebhen lider\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, menaxher\u00eb e drejtues, i tundon paranoja se mos dikush tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb ekipin e tij di di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se ai dhe se mos po arrin t\u2019ia sfidoj\u00eb pozit\u00ebn, t\u2019ia z\u00eb vendin, t\u2019ia dridh\u00eb themelet e t\u2019ia marr\u00eb kompetencat.
