Yalanc\u0131 bahar gibi gelip ge\u00e7en Arap Bahar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgenin sinir u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kanatan ayr\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 uzaktan seyretme l\u00fcks\u00fcm\u00fcz de kalmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm olup bitenleri alt alta s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7 \u015fudur: Ortado\u011fu \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcyor.<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu&#8217;nun siyasi haritas\u0131ndan askeri dengelere, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokusuna kadar mevcut hali ayakta tutan s\u00fctunlar, yani Ortado\u011fu sistemi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcyor. Bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise az\u0131nl\u0131k ve zay\u0131fl\u0131k (y\u00f6netimi) olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Irak&#8217;ta b\u00f6lgenin tek partili &#8211; laik diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (Baas) ayn\u0131 zamanda S\u00fcnnilere dayanan bir az\u0131nl\u0131k y\u00f6netimiydi. Suriye&#8217;deki askeri diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck (Baas) Nusayri az\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa yaslanmaktayd\u0131&#8230; Bu t\u00fcr do\u011frudan siyasal az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra zihniyet, d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7kinler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 az\u0131nl\u0131k bi\u00e7imlerine dayal\u0131 y\u00f6netimler s\u00f6z konusuydu. Az\u0131nl\u0131k sorunu emperyal bir projedir. Zira zaten yapay par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgede az\u0131nl\u0131k ve zay\u0131fl\u0131k iktidarlar\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kendi taban\u0131ndan \u00e7ok b\u00f6lge d\u0131\u015f\u0131 k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 destekle sa\u011flar. Zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en bariz g\u00f6stergesi d\u0131\u015f ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. Hegemonik ili\u015fki bu denge ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirdi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede stat\u00fcko \u00e7\u00f6kerken yeni dengenin nas\u0131l ve hangi unsurlara dayan\u0131larak kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirsizli\u011fi bir yana, kendi ekseninde yeni denge kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yerel ve k\u00fcresel akt\u00f6rlerin g\u00fc\u00e7 m\u00fccadelesi ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBir yanda eski stat\u00fckoyu korumak i\u00e7in elindeki t\u00fcm imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 kullanarak b\u00f6lgeyi \u015fekillendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00fc\u00e7ler, di\u011fer tarafta kendi stratejik etki alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek ad\u0131na b\u00f6lgeyi tabandan zorlayan unsurlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda devrede oldu\u011fu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten bahsediyoruz. \u00dcstelik ABD&#8217;nin tek ba\u015f\u0131na k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p b\u00f6lgede yeni k\u00fcresel akt\u00f6rlerin etkin olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 son derece tehlikeli bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fccadele dini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ayr\u0131\u015fma \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor gibi aksettiriliyor ve adeta t\u00fcm k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131n dini ve mezhebi tercihleri oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir alg\u0131 s\u00fcrekli i\u015fleniyor. Ger\u00e7ekten de medya pazar\u0131na bak\u0131lacak olursa \u0130slam&#8217;a kar\u015f\u0131 \u0130slam\/lar sava\u015f\u0131yor. Adeta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmaktan kaynaklanan bir kanl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ge\u00e7ti\u011fimize ikna edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nOysa bu topraklar\u0131n yegane dayana\u011f\u0131 ve onu bir arada tutacak de\u011feri dini ve onun etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen ya\u015fama \u015feklidir.<br \/>\nBu durum sadece bireysel hayat tarzlar\u0131yla alakal\u0131 da de\u011fil. Siyasal tecr\u00fcbesi de san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine bu b\u00f6lgeyi kan ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan koruyacak e\u015fine az rastlan\u0131r birikime i\u015faret eder. Bu kaotik ortamda bu c\u00fcmleler afaki alg\u0131lanacakt\u0131r b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtimalle. Medya ve siyasal propaganda makinesi i\u015flemeden siyasal sonu\u00e7lar al\u0131nmaz zaten.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede hemen hemen t\u00fcm yap\u0131lar tam anlam\u0131yla &#8216;artificial&#8217;&#8230; Bu yapay, sekter\/etnik ve az\u0131nl\u0131k form\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn ayakta tuttu\u011fu stat\u00fckonun sanc\u0131s\u0131z ayakta durmas\u0131 imkans\u0131zd\u0131. B\u00f6lge d\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin b\u00f6lge kaynaklar\u0131na dair stratejik \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 zorlama bir dengeyi dayatt\u0131. Eskiyi y\u0131karken\/y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131rken yeninin kurulmas\u0131nda yerel de\u011fil ama yerli birikim ve de\u011ferlere yaslanmaya izin verilmeyecek. Hatta var olan de\u011ferler tahrip edilirken tarihsel haf\u0131za, ortak medeniyet birikimi, sosyal doku bozulmadan yeni stat\u00fcko kurmak istemeyecekler. So\u011fuk sava\u015f sonras\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131lan ama kurulamayan dengenin sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor, bedelini \u00f6d\u00fcyor Ortado\u011fu.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netim tarzlar\u0131, ideolojileri ne olursa olsun birbiriyle tarih boyunca en gerilimli ili\u015fkiye sahip olan ama buna ra\u011fmen kan d\u00f6kmeme ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren iki \u00fclke var: T\u00fcrkiye ve \u0130ran. 400 y\u0131ld\u0131r sava\u015fmamak \u00fczerine kurulu bir dengeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme iradesini g\u00f6steren devlet tecr\u00fcbesinden, derin haf\u0131zadan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. \u00c7o\u011fu kez derin \u00e7eli\u015fkiler ve z\u0131tla\u015fmalarla dolu ama sava\u015f\u0131lmadan bug\u00fcne gelebilen bir tecr\u00fcbe\u2026 D\u00fcnyada s\u0131n\u0131rda\u015f olup ve bu kadar farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar ve rekabet ili\u015fkisini sava\u015fs\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilen \u00f6rnek yok denilse yeridir. Bu sava\u015fs\u0131zl\u0131k halinin sorunsuzluk demek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemeye gerek yok.
