The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prishtina has announced the arrest of four workers, instructors of the Dren range in Prizren, suspected of the criminal offense of ‘Forgery of an official document’.

According to the announcement, by order of the State Prosecutor, the persons with the initials S.B., R.M., H.N. and B.G., were sent to detention for 48 hours.

“More specifically, they are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of “Forgery of an official document” according to Article 427 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the criminal offense of “Special cases of falsification of documents”, from Article 391 of the KPRK. It is suspected that these actions were carried out in a series related to the case at hand in the investigation against the officials in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).”

In the end, it was announced that the Prosecutor’s Office will undertake further legal actions, while the investigations related to this criminal case will continue in coordination with the Kosovo Police. /Klankosova.tv
