White beans have a naturally soft and creamy texture, making them an ideal base for various creams
Unlike chickpeas, they do not require tahini or large amounts of oil to achieve a smooth texture. In combination with fresh mint and lemon, they turn into a light, refreshing meal rich in vegetable protein and fiber, which is prepared in just five minutes.

Put the garlic in a blender or in a grinder and finely chop it.
Add the beans, mint, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the cream into a container, cover and leave in the refrigerator to cool and the flavors come together well before serving.
