There is a dish that completely involves you from the first bite, they are definitely Kosovo’s pitalka.

Warm and soft, pitalka are round and small breads found everywhere in every corner of Kosovo.

An early dish, part of Albanian tradition and cuisine, prepared with the skill of Kosovar housewives.

Once upon a time, pitalka were prepared by the ladies of home and served warm on the dining table, while today this authentic food is found in every restaurant and kebab shop in Kosovo and has become the most favorite among tourists.

Traditionally, pitalka is the bread used to accompany the delicious Kosovo sausage, accompanied by white cabbage and sour cream.
