A funeral ceremony was held for students who were killed in the US-Israeli attack on an elementary school in Iran’s Hormozgan region, Anadolu reports.

According to Iranian state television, thousands of people, including the students’ families and government officials, attended the funeral in the city of Minab, in Hormozgan region.

Families held photos of their slain children and chanted slogans against the US and Israel.

Iranian state television announced on February 28 that 153 students and teachers were killed in the US-Israeli attack on the Shajarat al-Tayyiba Girls’ Primary School in Minab, Hormozgan region.
