How to prepare dark chocolate at home
Ingredients:

Fill a small pot with a little water and put it on the fire.

While the water is heating, put the cocoa butter in another heat-resistant container and put it in the pot of water.

When it melts, remove the container from the kettle and let it cool. a little.

Then, add the cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and salt.

Mix well so that all the ingredients melt and become uniform.

Protect the chocolate mass from water because if even a drop of water falls into it, the chocolate will come out properly.

After you have mixed it well and you have obtained a creamy and uniform mass, wait until the temperature of of the chocolate mass to drop to 32 degrees.

Then pour the mass into the appropriate container with shapes or on a baking sheet, it is enough to be on a flat surface and wait for a few hours until the chocolate hardens at room temperature.

If you wish, you can put it in the refrigerator to harden faster, but the room temperature helps its quality.
