Today, the Special Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment against Shpend Ahmeti, for the criminal offense of “Non-reporting or false reporting of wealth, income, gifts, other material benefit or financial obligations”.

Based on the indictment, Ahmeti is accused of having deliberately submitted statements from 2018 until 2022, as the mayor of the Municipality of Pristina incorrect assets, namely by not declaring the deposits in cash, made personally during the respective years, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

According to the indictment, the total amount of undeclared funds reaches the value of 172,600.00 euros.

The case has been sent for review to the Basic Court in Pristina, Special Department.
