The president of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has called for regional unity and cooperation between the countries of the Middle East, while the number of victims from the US and Israeli attacks has exceeded 1,000.

In his statements, Pezeshkian emphasized that security and stability must be achieved through the joint efforts of the states of the region and with full respect for the sovereignty of each country. He stated that Tehran is obliged to defend itself after what he called “American-Israeli aggression”.

According to the Iranian president, Iran does not seek escalation, but will react to protect its territory and people, adding that lasting peace can only be built through dialogue and regional cooperation. /message
