The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Pristina has informed the public opinion that, as part of intensive investigations and by decision of the State Prosecutor, three suspects have been detained for 48 hours.

According to the official announcement, one of the detained is the rapper known by the nickname “Mossi”. He is suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Slight Bodily Injury”, according to Article 185 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the criminal offense of “Unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic or similar substances”, according to Article 269 of the KPRK, as well as the criminal offense of “Intimidation”, according to Article 181 of the KPRK.

The suspects have been detained in connection with a case of the suspected physical attack on the journalist Burim Pacolli.

The state prosecutor is expected to submit a request to the competent court within the legal deadline for determining the measure of detention against the suspect.

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Pristina has emphasized that it remains committed to dealing with priority cases that violate the safety and integrity of citizens, warning that it will undertake all necessary legal actions in accordance with its powers.
