The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prishtina has given details about the serious murder in Breg i Diellit.

On May 27, 2026, at around 08:30, in the neighborhood “Bregu i Diellit”, in Prishtina, a serious murder took place, where as a result of gunshots the person with the initials A.H lost his life, reports Klankosova.tv.

Immediately after the admission of information from the Kosovo Police, the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Pristina, the Custodial Prosecutor from the Department for Serious Crimes, as well as other relevant units, who have undertaken all the necessary investigative actions, came to the scene of the incident.

Within these actions, it was also possible to secure and analyze the video recordings from the security cameras, which will serve to fully elucidate the circumstances of this case.

Yes also, the K9 unit came to the scene, with the aim of tracking the movements of the suspect and the victim.

However, by order of the State Prosecutor, the dead body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Pristina, for an autopsy.

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Pristina, in full coordination with the Kosovo Police, is continuing to undertake intensive investigative and

operative actions with the aim of the arrest of the person suspected of committing this criminal offense.
