How to prepare step by step lemon ice cream at home

If you thought that only real confectioners can prepare ice cream, you are wrong, because with Linda Fishta’s advice and suggestions you can make it yourself at home.

Ingredients: grated skin of 2 organic lemons, 100g of sugar, 125ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 500ml of cake panna and a pinch of salt.

Preparation: In the food processor (put (grinding function) put the sugar and the previously grated lemon peels on the grater and mix them for a minute. Add the lemon juice and mix until you see that the sugar has dissolved. 2 minutes is enough. Add the paneer and salt and mix for another 1-2 minutes until you see that the paneer is thickening and the mixture has become creamy. Pour the ice cream into a stainless steel or porcelain pan, but make it as large as possible, so that the ice cream freezes faster. Cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the freezer section of the refrigerator.
After 30-40 minutes, take it out of the freezer and mix it well with a fork or an egg beater so that no ice crystals form. We repeat this action five times. Then we can leave the ice cream for a whole night in the freezer and the next day it is ready. When we want to serve it, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature.
