The protests for the release of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army will continue today in Zare, Croatia.
The veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army have set the date and time for the sixth protest in a row, with the request for the release of the former leaders of the KLA who are being tried in The Hague.
The head of OVL-KLA, Hysni Gucati , hopes that the Arbëresh residents of the area will also be included, who, according to him, have expressed interest in its organization.
The Organization of Veterans of the War of the Liberation Army of Kosovo has stated that it hopes that this will be the last protest, with the belief that the liberators will return home in September.
The former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, former parliamentarians Kadri Veseli and Jakup Krasniqi, as well as former MP Rexhep Selimi, are accused by the Special Unit of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The four deny the charges against them.
The final decision against the accused is expected to be announced on September 16, from 10:00 a.m.
