Even after the release of evidence in the media that Milan Radoicic is protected by structures connected to the power in Serbia, there have been no concrete reactions from the European Union. The European Commission did not respond directly to the questions about the latest announcements about Radoicic, the main person responsible for the attack in Banjska in the fall of 2023, which was also called a terrorist attack by the High Representative of the EU. They did not even refer to the questions related to the statements of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, that he does not consider Radočić a criminal.
All that was said by the EU, through a written response from the spokesperson, is the repetition of the regret that Serbia has not done what is necessary to bring those responsible for the attack in Banjska to justice.

“As was clearly stated after the verdict in April in Kosovo on the Banjska case, the EU regrets why Serbia has not yet taken the necessary steps to bring to justice those responsible for the attacks in the north of Kosovo in 2023,” said the EU spokesperson.
Radio Free Europe and N1 in Serbia have published articles with photos showing members of the Serbian gendarmerie in the company of Zvonko Veselinović and who are suspected of they also protect Milan Radoicić.
The EU has repeatedly asked the Serbian authorities to take measures to bring those responsible for Banjska to justice, but it did not want to concretely sanction Serbia, which not only refuses to do so, but defends them. Moreover, the European Commission is doing its best for Serbia to be rewarded and after many years to open chapters in the process of membership negotiations. There are only a few member countries that still insist on not moving forward with negotiations with Serbia due to problems in the rule of law, but also in relations with Kosovo.
