The Kosovar striker, Fisnik Asllani, appeared happy on Saturday after Hoffenheim’s 3:0 victory over Freiburg, where he scored the first goal of the match.

Asllani had not scored since December 13 and now has seven goals and four assists in 21 appearances in the championship.

Besides getting back in goal, the striker is satisfied with Hoffenheim’s progress, which currently holds third place in the Bundesliga, behind Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, hoping for a place in the Champions League.

“It is a well-deserved victory, even with this goal difference. We were a little unlucky in the first half, but we rewarded ourselves in the second. ‘We’ is paramount in our team. We have adopted our routines”, said Asllani, according to Hoffenheim’s official website.

He added that he feels very integrated into the team: “Sometimes I follow the ball with my eyes closed, as I know exactly where someone is. When things are going well, of course many things are easier. But you have to work for it”, the young Kosovar star emphasized.
