Israeli forces have today arrested eight residents from the village of Dura and two villages, Abdu and Marish, in Hebron province.

Among those arrested are: Mohamed Maher Al-Wahwah and Salim Misbah Al-Numurah from Dura, as well as Adam Fadi Dudin, Nasim Mohamed Shahin, Lotfi Shahin, Radi Al-Durbaie, Thaer Azmi Al-Durbaie and Jihad Ali Shahin from Abdu and Marish. Local sources report that Israeli forces searched their homes, tore up their contents, and physically abused them.

At the same time, the Israeli army has set up checkpoints at the entrance to Hebron and surrounding villages, blocked main and secondary roads with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth barricades, and imposed a traffic ban in several neighborhoods of the city, claiming to be providing access to the “Kiryat Arba” settlers.
