The Basic Court in Ferizaj has assigned the measure of detention to two of the defendants D.A. .(26 years old) and A.A. (29 years old), due to the suspicion based on having committed the criminal offense of attempted murder. It is suspected that on the morning of August 13, two of the defendants, together with a 17-year-old minor, attempted to deprive from the life of the victim A.Sh.

After holding the hearing and analyzing the documents of the case, the judge of the preliminary procedure of the Department for Serious Crime, Fitore Daci Krivanjeva, has assessed that there is a suspicion based on the date of August 13 2026, around 06:10, on a street in Ferizaj, of the defendant D.A. and A.A., intentionally and in cooperation together with a minor, tried to deprive the victim A.Sh. of his life, in such a way that after an earlier disagreement between the defendant A.A. and the victim A.Sh., which had happened about a year ago in Switzerland, when they met on the critical day, they first accompanied him by car, as soon as the victim entered the market, they got out of the car, where the defendant D.A. took out a sharp tool – a knife – and hit him once in the left part of the abdomen, while the defendant A.A. hits the victim with punches and kicks in different parts of the body, while the minor with a dangerous tool – a wooden stick – hits the same person in different parts of the body, so the victim is forced to seek medical aid in the Emergency Center in Ferizaj and then in the KKUK in Prishtinë, says the Court. Thus, the judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor’s request for the appointment of the measure of detention against the defendants has approved as based in accordance with the provisions of the KPPRK, and the measure of detention has been assigned to them for a period of one month. /Klankosova.tv
