The Basic Court in Pej has ordered a one-month detention for Erdon Hasanramaj, who is suspected of accidentally killing his father, Shpend Hasanramaj in Strellc, Deçan.

According to the announcement, the judge of the preliminary procedure has approved the request of the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Pejë-Criminal Division dated 24.07.2026, for setting the measure of detention against the defendant E.H., so that the same measure of detention has been set for a period of 1 month, reports Klankosova.tv.

In contrast to this ruling, the aggrieved parties have the right to appeal to the Court of Appeal, through the Basic Court in Pejë.
