The Basic Court in Mitrovica, through the judge of the preliminary procedure, Marigona Lajqi, has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution to assign the measure of detention to 19 defendants, for whom there is a well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense “Organization of pyramid schemes and illegal gambling”.

According to the announcement of the Court, the measure of detention has been assigned to the defendants with initials: A.B., D.S., N.M., B.M., R.S., A.I., B.I., B.S., F.M., M.S., B.B., A.R., A.M., N.H., D.M., A.M., Sh.A., Xh.S., F.D, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

Detention according to the decree, the defendants are charged from 18.04.2026, and will last until 18.05.2026.
