Kıçeli expresses support for the leaders of the KLA, denies that he wrote the speech to Gec

Deputy of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Ilir Kërçeli, has reacted publicly after his name was included in Fatos Geci’s scandalous statement regarding former president Hashim Thaçi.

According to Nehat Geci, the uncle of the “Guxo” party deputy, the speech he read in the Parliament two days ago was written by the VV deputy.

Through a video published on Facebook, Kërçeli says that Geci has shown that he wrote the speech himself, while he reiterated his support for the former leaders of the KLA.

“For the leaders of the KLA in The Hague, I visited them in the first year of their detention, in two protests I made a public call for participation, but I also participated. I am asking today, yesterday and every day, that they be released as soon as possible and return to their families”, says the deputy of VV’s.
