The Kosovo police is looking for a person who is suspected of having hit a police officer with a car and fled the scene.

The case happened on Sunday afternoon in Vushtrri, where according to the 24-hour report, the suspect did not obey police orders to stop the car, in which case he also hit the policeman who was driving the traffic.

This case is being investigated as attack on the official person.

“Vushtrri, 31.05.2026 – 18:50. It was reported that while the police unit was performing its official duty directing the traffic, a suspect with his car did not respect the police officer’s order and he insulted and hit the male Kosovar police officer with his car. The victim did not suffer any injuries while the suspect is being sought by the police.”, it is said in the report. /Klankosova.tv
