In 15 municipalities, the results of political entities are being verified and they are being counted for deputies

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that after the end of the election day, in 38 Municipal Counting Centers (MCCs) the process of verifying and counting the votes of the candidates for MPs will take place.

According to the announcement, the results of the political subjects from the forms filled in at the polling stations will first be verified, while then the counting of votes for candidates.

The process is scheduled to start on Monday morning in 15 municipalities, including Leposaviq, Novobërda, Obiliq, Shtime, Shtërpca, Zubin Potok, Zveçan, Junik, Mamusha, Hani e Elezit, Graçanica, Ranillug, Partesh, Kllokot and North Mitrovica.

Meanwhile, from 4:00 p.m. on Monday, verification and counting will also begin in 23 other municipalities, such as Deçani, Gjakova, Gllogoci, Gjilani, Dragashi, Istogu, Kaçaniku, Klina, Fushë Kosova, Kamenica, Mitrovica e Jugu, Lipjani, Rahoveci, Peja, Podujeva, Prishtina, Prizren, Skenderaj, Suhareka, Ferizaj, Vitia, Vushtrri and Malisheva.

CEC has announced that in order to inform the public about the progress of this process and the activities after the elections, a media conference will be held at 16:30 at the Municipal Counting Center “1 Tetori” in Pristina.
