The Ferizaj Regional Police has taken action against three drivers for serious violations of traffic rules, as part of regular checks to increase road safety.
According to the Police, in the first case, in the village of Rakaj, a 28-year-old driver who was driving at a speed of 161 km/h in a 50 km/h zone was stopped. He was fined 500 euros, 5 negative points and banned from driving for 6 months.
In the second case, a 23-year-old driver was left without a driver’s license for 12 months, after accumulating 10 negative points as a result of serious traffic offenses.
While in the third case, another 23-year-old was fined 200 euros, 2 negative points. and a driving ban for 3 months, after exceeding the full line and in the pedestrian crossing.
One of the offenses was also reported by the citizens through the “Notify the police” platform.
