The Basic Court in Prizren has ordered the detention of Ibish úoçaj, suspected of falsifying documents and fraud, after suspicions that through a private business he issued professional diplomas without being accredited or authorized for such an activity.

According to the Court’s decision, He will remain in custody for one month, a measure which may last until September 18, 2026. He is suspected of operating in 2021, in Prizren, through the individual business Center for the Verification of Professional Qualifications, has provided training and issued documents that were presented as valid professional qualification diplomas, although the business, according to the Court, was not accredited or authorized by the National Qualifications Authority to issue professional qualifications.

According to the file described by the Court, it is suspected that from January 4 to November 15 2021 has printed and issued “Diploma on professional qualification”, in which it was claimed that the participants had successfully completed 900 hours of “practice” and 400 hours of theory, as well as that they had passed the final exam.
