The court session will take place from 13:30 at the Palace of Justice, Klankosova.tv reports.

At the July 9 session, the accused pleaded not guilty and refused to read the indictment.

While, the special prosecutor, Bekim Kodraliu, who, in addition to his statements, he also presented material evidence, including footage that, according to the Prosecution, supports the indictment.

Prosecutor Kodraliu expressed his conviction that during the trial the guilt of the accused will be proven, stressing that the Prosecution has provided sufficient evidence, including indictments, which, according to him, prove that the attack on the Ibër-Lepenci canal was a terrorist act aimed at damaging one of the most critical infrastructures in Kosovo and undermining the security of the Republic.
