Smotrich: “For every drone attack, ten buildings in Beirut must be destroyed”

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and Israeli Army Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir demanded during a recent meeting of the Israeli security cabinet that Israel respond to any drone launched by Hezbollah by destroying ten buildings in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. This request was also supported by the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir.

The Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, said that buildings in Beirut should be attacked in retaliation for the drone attacks on Israeli soldiers.

The occupying power’s finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, has called for brutality against Lebanon in response to Hezbollah’s drone attacks, which have begun to weaken the occupying army in southern Lebanon in an unprecedented manner.

Smotrich said: “We will not defeat the drones by defense, but by attack, and for every drone we have to destroy ten buildings in Beirut.”

Israel has admitted that Hezbollah drones are an insurmountable obstacle and that they have so far killed at least 11 Israeli soldiers. Bezalel Smotrich has also proposed a $700 million budget to combat Hezbollah drones. /tesheshi.com/
