It has accompanied families for hundreds of years and is a traditional drink based on diluted yogurt.
That is why today we are bringing to your attention the wonderful and refreshing buttermilk.

Buttermilk with sparkling water
Sparkling water gives this drink an interesting taste as it makes it similar to regular carbonated drinks, but much healthier.
Since it is a traditional drink, buttermilk is prepared with an equally traditional tool such as the dybeku.
Always if you don’t have it at home, you can choose to make the process of making this drink in a mixer. or by shaking it for a few minutes in a simple bottle.
To prepare this carbonated buttermilk, you will need 500 ml of yogurt and 1 liter of carbonated water.
