The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Gjakovë has filed an indictment against the defendant with the initials R.E., under the suspicion of involvement in illegal activities related to narcotics.

According to the official announcement, the defendant is suspected of possessing narcotic substances with the intention of sale until October 8, 2025, around 06:00, in Gjakovë. During the raid carried out in his house, the authorities found and seized a significant amount of narcotics, specifically marijuana with a total weight of 4 kilograms and 670.06 grams. has committed the criminal offense of “unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances”, provided for in Article 267, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The case is expected to be dealt with in further court proceedings”, the announcement states Klankosova.tv.
