Israel hits Beirut with a “precision attack” amid high tensions in Lebanon

The Israeli military said today that it carried out a “precision strike” in the Lebanese capital Beirut, reports Anadolu.

“A short time ago, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out a precision strike in Beirut. Details will follow later,” the army said in a brief statement.

No immediate details were given about the target or possible casualties.

The attack came hours later. after Israeli attacks killed at least 15 people, including children, across southern Lebanon amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement, according to official Lebanese sources.
