Experts say that a person needs sugar to increase the feeling of pleasure and serotonin in the blood, which makes us feel calmer, more satisfied and maybe… more cheerful.

4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 teaspoons cake flour or a little more
2 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
1 and a half teaspoons of coarse salt
A teaspoon of powdered nutmeg
Half a cup of tea brown sugar
Half a teaspoon of white sugar
Frying oil
1 large egg and 3 other egg yolks.
Three quarters of a tea cup of milk cream

2 tea cups of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
A quarter of a cup of hot water.

Melt the butter in the microwave and set it aside to cool.

In another bowl, put 3 and a half cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.

Whisk vigorously to mix well with each other.

In the corresponding bowl of the electric mixer, put the butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla powder.

Process for about 2 minutes until you get a creamy mass.

Then reduce the speed of the processing and add the whole egg and the three yolks.

Add the milk cream and let them mix until they melt together.

Then in the corn, you must put all the other dry ingredients and work the dough by hand until it is ready.

Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Staying in the refrigerator makes the dough easier to work with and more assembled.

Transfer the dough to a counter that has been washed and dusted with extra flour and work again with your hands.

Divide the dough into small pieces for pancakes, leaving a small space on the surface for filling with cream and vanilla.

Once the oil is heated, fry the pancakes for a minute on each side.

Then, in another container, add the vanilla, hot water and powdered sugar and mix well.

You should dip each of the pancakes in the sweet vanilla mass and return it to the plate.
