Kosovo Police has published new details regarding the quadruple wounding that occurred on Thursday in the center of Podujeva, where three people involved in the conflict and a bystander were injured.

According to the 24-hour report of the Police, three firearms and 28 bullet casings were seized at the scene. three Kosovar male suspects and one Kosovar male victim (a bystander) were injured, who received medical treatment. Police officers and relevant police units immediately intervened in the case, and found and seized three firearms and 28 cartridges at the scene, according to the Police announcement.

By order of the prosecutor of the case, the police also raided the properties of the suspects, where weapons were found. magazines and a significant amount of ammunition.

“The senior management staff of the Kosovo Police, the medical teams and the prosecutor of the case came to the scene, with whose decision the properties of the suspects were also raided, where two magazines with 58 rounds, two other magazines with 27 rounds, two short guns with 82 rounds and a hunting weapon with 49 bullets”, the Police announced.

The authorities have announced that the case is being investigated in coordination with the justice bodies, while investigative actions are continuing to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
