Four drivers were stopped on the road “Dëshmorët e Kombit” in Ferizaj for driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol.

According to the police, V.B., 25 years old, who was driving an Audi car with local license plates, had a blood alcohol level of 1.11 per thousand. He was fined 300 euros, received two negative points and his driver’s license was suspended for six months, reports Klankosova.tv.

Also, RR.N., 25 years old, who was driving a Mercedes with foreign license plates, had a blood alcohol level of 1.00 per thousand. He was sentenced to a fine of 200 euros, two negative points and suspension of his driver’s license for three months.

O.T., 26 years old, driver of a Volvo car with local license plates, who tested positive for 0.88 percent of alcohol, was also punished as well as ÃŽ.B., 25 years old, driver of a Peugeot with local license plates, which had 0.86 alcohol per million. Both were fined 200 euros each, received two negative points and their driver’s license was suspended for three months.

Meanwhile, on the main road in the villages of Bibaj and Koshare, the police recorded two more cases of speeding.

K.K., 18 years old, driving a VW Golf, was caught driving at 102 km/h in a road segment where the limit is 40 km/h. He was punished with a fine of 300 euros, three negative points and suspension of his driver’s license for three months.

While E.M., 26 years old, was caught driving a Mercedes car at a speed of 80 km/h in an area where the limit is 50 km/h. For this violation, he was fined 200 euros, received two negative points and his driver’s license was suspended for three months.

The Ferizaj Regional Police has once again appealed to all road users to respect traffic rules, not to drive. vehicles under the influence of alcohol and adjust the speed to the permitted conditions and restrictions, with the aim of preventing accidents and increasing road safety.
