Today, around 12:00, the police station in Ferizaj received a call from a citizen, who reported that a robbery had taken place in his market, in the village of Slivove in Ferizaj.

As the Kosovo Police informs, according to the complainant, a male person, about 30 years old, dressed in black clothes, with glasses and a scarf placed over his face up to his nose, had entered the premises and under the threat of a long gun took the money from the cash register, to then leave on foot in the direction of the village cemetery.

“Response and investigation units immediately went to the scene. After intensive investigative actions on the ground, at around 12:30 a suspect, B.T. (28 years old) was arrested”, the announcement states.

According to the announcement, they also went to the scene investigators and regional crime technicians.

“At around 12:50 a long automatic weapon of the AK-47 type was confiscated, which is suspected to have been used in the commission of the criminal offense. In the course of the investigation, two more people were arrested, suspected of being involved in this case: R.H. (38 years old) and V.S. (28 years old)”, the communiqué states.

Furthermore, it is said that for all police actions have been notified to the state prosecutor for serious crimes, who has authorized police investigators to continue the investigation and interview the suspects.

“After the interview and by decision of the prosecutor, the three suspects have been detained for 48 hours”, it says at the end of the announcement.
