Two injured from the accident in Peja, the police give details

According to the Kosovo Police, the accident occurred on the “UÇK” road, where two moving vehicles were involved, while the collision also damaged two other vehicles that were parked nearby.

The regional spokesperson of the Police in Pejë, Driton Rugova, informed Klankosova.tv that the injured were sent for medical treatment.

“Today around 11:50, the Police is informed about a traffic accident which occurred on the ‘UÇK’ road in Peja. Two cars were involved in this accident, but two other cars were also damaged.

He added that the injured were transported to the Regional Hospital of Peja to receive the necessary medical assistance.

“As a result of the accident, two people have suffered bodily injuries in Pejë for medical treatment”, declared Rugova. Meanwhile, the investigators of the traffic unit have started the procedures to clarify the circumstances of the accident. “The case is being investigated by the accident investigators”, concluded the Police spokesman.
