Bayern Munich does not intend to give up Luis Díaz easily, despite the many rumors that link the Colombian striker with a transfer to Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia.

This has been assured by the executive director of the Bavarian club, Jan-Christian Dreesen, who rejected all the speculations.

The former Liverpool footballer is considered a very important player for the Bavarian giant after a fantastic season that passed.

“We would be stupid if we sold Luis Díaz, wouldn’t we?”, said Dreesen to the German magazine “Kicker”, according to “Gazeta Express”.

The number 1 of the German club added that Bayern is fully focused on the new season and has no intention of weakening the team.

“We have a fantastic team, honestly. Now let’s start the season and start we score goals”, he declared.

With this attitude, Bayern puts an end, at least for the moment, to hints about a departure of Luis Díaz, while Al Hilal is expected to look for other alternatives in the market.

Dreesen also confirmed the attitude of Michael Olise, who was speculated to be wanted by Real Madrid.
