In the Basic Court in Pristina, the next court session has started for the case of the attack in Banjska of Zveçan.

In this session, where the final words of defense will be given for the accused Blagoje Spasojevic, Vladimir Toliq and Dushan Maksimovic, reports Klankosova.tv.

The three accused face charges related to the attack on September 24, 2023, where he remained killed sergeant Afrim Bunjaku.

In the last session, the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution, Naim Abazi, had asked for life imprisonment for the accused.

In his final speech, he presented a document of 21 pages, as well as footage from the moment of the attack that took place on September 23, 2023.

According to the prosecutor, it has been proven that the accused were aware of the attack and had a role in it, while his goal, according to him, was the annexation of the north of Kosovo.
