The defense of the accused in the “Banjska” case has given the final words in the Basic Court in Pristina.

Almost a year after the attack, on September 11, the Special Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment, among the main accused is Milan Radoicic, as the leader of the group.
According to the indictment, they have committed the criminal offense of “committing a terrorist offense” and the criminal offense of “serious offenses against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”. Some of them are also accused of financing the group, and money laundering.
In this case, Vladimir Tolliq, Bllagoje Spasojevic and Dushan Maksimovic are being tried. All three accused have denied the charges before the court.
Last week, Stefan Radulovic was arrested, suspected of the terrorist attack in Banjska in Zveçan.
