The Acting Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, hosted the Turkish Ambassador to Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı, as part of the continuation of discussions after the visit of the Minister of Trade of Turkey to Kosovo.

During the meeting, the industrial zones and the potential for attracting foreign investments in Kosovo were discussed, as well as the organization of the initiation meeting of framework of economic cooperation between Kosovo and Turkey.

Also, the topic of the conversation was the opening of the process of renegotiation of the Free Trade Agreement with Turkey, with the aim of including the services sector, as well as the organization of the next Kosovo-Turkey Forum expected to be held in Pristina.

Kusari-Lila emphasized that the intensification of economic cooperation with friendly countries will continue, in parallel with the efforts to increase investments in the productive sector and the economic development of Kosovo.
