Serious tragedy on the Skopje ring road: Four people lost their lives in the terrible accident.

Marko Gjorgjievski, Petar Milanov, Adam Velkov and his father, opera baritone Riste Velkov, are the four victims of the serious traffic accident that happened at night on the Skopje ring road, near the Mirkovci junction.

The lives of Marko, Petar and Adam were extinguished at the age of just 20 years old, while Riste Velkov lost his life at the age of 51.

According to initial information, the accident occurred when a 76-year-old driver from Kosovo, driving a “MAN” type truck with a semi-trailer, lost control over the vehicle, penetrated the protective fence and went in the opposite direction.

Then, the truck collided directly with a “BMW” car in which there were four victims.

As a result of the powerful collision, a fire broke out and the vehicle was completely burnt. The cabin of the truck was also involved in the fire.
