Police units and the emergency team immediately went to the scene, where the attending physician confirmed the death of the victim. In connection with the case, the State Prosecutor was also notified, who went to the scene.

By decision of the prosecutor, the dead body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) in Pristina for autopsy.
