A Kosovar family falls by car into the Lepenc river, on the road axis Shkup-Bllace

PRISHTINA – The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, has made a statement regarding the accident that happened last night on the road axis Shkup – Bllace, in which case a family from Kosovo fell into the Lepenc river.

The minister has announced that he was at the scene of the incident, and that currently 3 members of the Kosova Police were present at the place where the accident happened.

“After coordination with the authorities of the Republic of North Macedonia, the first professional units of the Kosova Police and the Kosova Security Force arrived last night and started planning and searching in the torrential flow of Lepenc river.

There are currently 30 members of the Kosova Police, the Kosova Security Force and professional rescue volunteers who, in coordination and cooperation with the professional teams of North Macedonia, are doing their best to locate and extract people from the river. – declared Minister Sveçla.
