The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Mitrovica, in coordination with the Police, carried out an action in the villages of Bivolak, Zhilivodë and Stroc of the municipality of Vushtrri, on suspicions of illegal extraction of coal in these locations.

Based on the announcement of the Prosecutor’s Office, during the action, six people suspected of committing the criminal offenses of “Pollution, degradation or destruction of the environment” and “Causing the risk of general”, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

The announcement also states that three excavators, six trucks, and a tractor have been seized, which are suspected to have been used to commit criminal acts.
