Action in the area of ​​Ujman, the police assist “Ibër-Lepenci” for the release of occupied property

Employees of the public enterprise “Ibër-Lepenci”, assisted by the Kosovo Police, are continuing since the morning hours to carry out an action in the area of Ujman, where the motel “Jezero” has been surrounded with security tape, in order to release the occupied properties.

Faruk Mujka, chief executive officer at the Hydro-Economic Enterprise “Ibër-Lepenc” told the Telegraph that they are continuing with actions for the release of the occupied buildings.

“The demolition of the building in question is underway. Today, I believe only this action will take place, the documentation for the other objects is being processed”, Mujka said.

Meanwhile, the deputy director of the Kosovo Police for the northern region, Veton Elshani, has confirmed for the Telegraph that the Police is assisting in this action, which is being developed in cooperation with the institutions

Elshani has announced that the Police is assisting the company “Ibër-Lepenci”, as well as the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure during this process.

The action was taken after the deadline set by “Ibër-Lepenci” for the users of the facility to vacate the property, which the company claims is occupied.

In the area of Employees of “Ibër-Lepenci” and police officials were seen engaged in Ujman, while the object was surrounded with security tape.

The public company “Ibër-Lepenci” had earlier announced the request for the release of the property, claiming that it is about its unauthorized use.
