Albania, the meeting of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities is held

The 63rd meeting of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA) is being held in Tirana, with the participation of dozens of delegations, Anadolu reports. The head of Radio and Television of Turkey (RTUK), represented by Deniz Guler, Orhan Ozdemir, Ahmet Bugday and Muge Asi.

The president of the AMA, Armela Krasniqi, in a statement to the media said that it is a work process that is taking place within the event.

“This is the biggest event that the Audiovisual Media Authority has ever held. In fact, it is a big event every time the European Platform of Audiovisual Regulators gathers, as it is a platform which gathers over 50 regulators in its organization, of which 42 are present today”, said Krasniqi.

She added that despite the fact that the AMA has been a member of this organization since 1999, “we have not had the opportunity to hold this event earlier in Tirana”.

According to the Audiovisual Media Authority of Albania, the challenges facing the environment today will be discussed over the course of two days media, but also regulatory entities.

This meeting has brought together representatives of dozens of regulatory authorities from European countries, together with other international institutions and organizations, including the Council of Europe and the OSCE.

The European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (The European Platform of Regulatory Authorities) unites media regulators from all over Europe.
