A regular meeting between prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia is to take place tomorrow in Brussels. Representatives of both governments say they expect positive outcome of the meeting.

Adviser of foreign affairs to PM Isa Mustafa, Valon Murtezaj, told Radio Kosova they would initially require to be shown the results of earlier agreements and continue with relevant topics afterwards.
As far as the Association of Municipalities was concerned, Murtezaj said it was Kosovo representatives’ stance that the association was formed according to the agreement that was reached earlier, in accordance with the constitution and laws of Kosovo.
“The Association is part of previous agreements and in a moment and it will show up in the dialogue. Kosovo’s stance is clear and such an association can be formed. But everything that has to deal with its operation and functioning has to be within the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. Because this is what the agreement says. No other level of governance except the municipal and central level will be allowed,’ Murtezaj observed.
