Calls for not abandoning the country

Pristina – Germany’s Ambassador to Pristina Angelika Viets and the Ambassador of Austria Johann Brieger met with Kosovo Interior Minister Skender Hyseni.

In a joint press conference held after the meeting, Interior Minister Hyseni said: “In illegal immigration we will take all the necessary measures to stop it. I appeal to those who leave the country. Do not believe the tales of traffickers. You’re wasting your money. The right to asylum will not be given to Kosovars”.

Minister Hyseni said that organized crime, corruption, the fight against human trafficking and illegal immigration would be a priority task of the Ministry of Interior.
