Prishtina – Opposition’s demand regarding procedures that were followed for the constitutional amendments to establish the Specialist Court, were rejected as inadmissible by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The decision was given today and it was published in the official website of the Constitutional Court.

The opposition had claimed that through MPs, the government had made incorrect constitutional amendments.
