Pristina – The Parliament of Kosovo said “no” to the Constitutional amends for the creation of the Special Court. 75 out of 81 voters voted in favor, 7 against and two abstained. The MPs who voted against and those who abstained were from the PDK.

The Self-Determination Movement, AAK and Nisma debated to vote against the Special Court. The only alternative presented by the government was that the Court would be founded by the Council of Security of the UN.
