While, the special prosecutor, Bekim Kodraliu, who, in addition to his statements, also presented material evidence, including footage that, according to the Prosecution, supports the indictment.

Prosecutor Kodraliu expressed his conviction that during the trial the guilt of the accused will be proven, stressing that the Prosecution has provided sufficient evidence, included in the indictment, which, according to him, proved that the attack on the Ibër-Lepenci channel was a terrorist act aimed at damaging one of the most critical infrastructures in Kosovo and undermining the security of the Republic.
